So in all these cases these devices ruined TV reception via antenna on antennas far from the TV (30ft here, 120 at my friends) thus proving the problem is the AC line was dirtied by these things.
This is not solid proof that your problem is due only to dirtied AC lines. Again, based solely on your original post, there is no proof that the interference is not from the motor or the switching power supplies producing radiated interference over the air vs conducted interference directly through the AC mains. At this point it may be a combination of both, but there is no solid proof that the problem was solely due to 'dirtied AC lines.'
You may have clarified this to some extent in your follow-up post.
