As a long time ham operator , antenna builder and elec tech I know it is. When I plug the chair in via my buddies isolation transformer no problem. Using a simple AM radio as a noise sniffer also proves the noise DOESNT come from the motor but from the crappy switcher. You win jerk of the day! I will be proving this by making a video and posting it on Youtube for you.
