Deepest condolences to the entire D'Agostino family... I never met the man though I spoke with him on the phone briefly in Jan of 2009. My SACD MKI was at Krell for repairs and he had my unit upgraded to MKIII at no charge!! I've since read about others having issues with earlier units and having to pay to have said pieces fixed/upgraded so he really hooked me up!! Perhaps he knew the family would soon be exiting the building.. Thank you Brett, RIP... My unit has been trouble free since I received it back in February 09 and sounds superb to me!
