Why not mate one with a Crown DC-150 in a bi-amp system and really play with the bad SS Hit Parade? You have your choice for the HF driver ... unbearable top end (Phase LInear) or no top end (Crown).
These units are the reason the reviewer phrase "Glassy" was invented.
