RE: Oopsie

Yeah, initially I thought no big deal.

After removing the pin from inside the amp, I stuck the tube back in and powered up.
No luck. The bad tube indicator light lit up.A closer look reveals the break indeed killed vacuum.Luckily, these tubes aren't scarce or ridiculously priced...yet.

No spares, so out comes the shoebox and I replaced all 8 tubes with my second fave-the KT77. The sound just isn't as exciting like these old coke bottles.

I'd really like to try the KT150,but 8@$100 is too extravagant for now.
