Good comments Larry. I find myself in complete agreement with each thing you said about the WE speakers, the Quads in the MyEmia room and the Voltis. I would simply add that the Volti Vittoras sounded the very best, in my opinion, at the 2011 CAF when Greg was driving them with his own pair of custom 2A3 SE monoblocks. I have wondered why he stopped using those amps at later shows. Perhaps they don't play as loud as he likes.

On Saturday when I was listening to the Western Electrics, I ended up sitting in the back row behind a very large gentlemen who completely blocked the right channel drivers. I was rather surprised to find that this poor location did not interfere with the musical enjoyment one bit. It was like sitting at a concert where someone in front of you is blocking part of the stage. You can still hear all the music because it fills the room. The same thing occurred in the DejaVu room with the WE speakers.
