The WE setup was new to me. It uses a Jensen 18" woofer in a WE designed cabinet that is sort of a quasi-open baffle. As you can see from the photo, the outer surfaces of the cabinet extend a considerable distance in front of the woofer. I imagine this avoids premature cancellation between the front and rear radiation.
The midrange horn was also new to me. It has a "KS" number on the side but I didn't recognize it. Supposedly it dates back to 1928. There is a 555 driver that crosses in at 600 Hz and it runs full range on top. The Jensen RP-302 tweeter crosses in at 5K.
The electronics in the rack are all custom designs with vintage parts.
