If you really LOVE LOVE LOVE your setup and sound, then don't let others make you feel like you have failed in any way. If you believe or want to believe that you can leverage improved sound from your investments, then dive head first into everyone's input. You will get plenty of it.

There is alot to learn in this hobby if you wish to. You can go crazy however and be driven to spending a lot of money if you give in to the dark side.
