So bright sunlight (Northern exposure) all day. I have the artificial light behind me.
Awake i want light. Sleep i want it dark. The birds though, need a small light so they do not freak out with night terrors. More the cockatiel than the parakeets. One 7.5 watt is good enough for them to not freak out.
