It's mirrored x2 so 4 terabytes x2. I use my own system I hacked using rsync instead of RAID. So if I want to buy Amazon.com's storage I can just rsync to there too (although the dough it costs month to month it wouldn't be worth it right now).

I rip CDs to FLAC, I find it the best, I would rip to WAV instead but I like tagging and album art. Movies are ripped to disk images. So I retain menus, full quality, etc...
