RE: "Extra credit is given if shipping costs both ways are covered for (in-home) trials."

I bought my amp from Sanders Sound systems who has that policy for 30 day trials. He doesn't get any back that I have heard about. I certainly kept mine and he does quite well. I guess if you are confident about your product the risk is reduced.

Aperion Audio is another company with that policy that I am aware of. They have done this for some time. There may be others. Again, if you are confident...

I do agree that most don't do this and it is not my expectation. I give kudos to those who do.
