-you move out into your own apartment and the neighbors start to complain...you won't know pain until that occurs
Otherwise pick a time when your parents are out of the house (church, grocery shopping, etc.,) to blast your music. If you can't; then headphones are the ticket. If your parents pretty much stay home all the time; then study, get good grades, get through higher education and buy your own place.
