more than it is a business practice. For instance, if I buy an item which cost $5,000 from a person in Florida and I'm in California and I never recieve said item (or if the person flat out ignores me); I at least have some legal recourse (small claims court, BBB, Attny General's office) a person in Russia lets say; I have nothing; (other than a Audio forum) to voice my complaints on...
