I use Vibrapods. And "Knee Cushion" found at the 99ยข Store in the garden section (also Walmart). It is a dense foam used for kneeling while working in the garden, etc. I have it under my tube buffer and a CDP and cut pieces under the feet of my AVR. It measures 7/8" x 7.5" x 16.25" with a cut out as a handle.
I have a sandwich of vibrapods, bamboo cutting board and knee cushion under the audio CDP. Works great.
