I'm in search of true isolation from AC power problems. I had considered batteries but I'm beginning to wonder if that might only accomplish switching one set of tradeoffs for another.
Is everyone who has tried a regenerator happy with it?
Has anyone found their sound quality to not be 100% consistent throughout the morning, afternoon, and night with one of them?
Do they all have a loud fan?
Are they strong enough for a Bryston 3B-ST amp?
Can they input 240V and output 120V?
Do things like the upstream power cable, outlet, or a dedicated line make a difference if you're using one of them?
Anything else I should know about them?
