He's not a paid professional reviewer from Stereophile or TAS. He just an audio enthusiast giving his brief impression on a product that he likes and finds worthwhile. I don't think his comments were intended to be the last word on this product.
BTW, I own the PS Audio Power Regenerator and find it has significantly improved the QS.
