They pulled that multiple illing on me too. That's why I now read it for free at Barnes and Noble.

and, if I choose, I can get a tasty beverage at the Starbucks inside. ;-)

And, I agree that the editorial staff is not a part of this and is embarrassed when this is brought up. I believe that one or more (the two Johns) helped me solve this a few years ago after my going back and forth with their independent billing agent for months.
