headfi.org is the place for headphones, I think that is why there was never a headphone forum created here. It would be interesting to have a headphone forum here though, since sometimes I suspect that the people on headfi are listening to .mp3's for their comparisons.
There are a lot of options with headphone listening. Looking at your system, which is all tubes, I suspect you would be better served by having a tubed headphone amplifier. A pair of AKG K1000's (discontinued) might be interesting with your SET amps (they use regular speaker amplifiers, not headphone amps). They are expensive, usually about $1000 used because of their scarcity, but they don't require a separate headphone amplifier.
I like the AKG 701's better than the Senn's that I've heard (except the Orpheus). You could try getting a pair of 701's and see if they are what you're looking for.
A lot of people like Grado's, they might be worth investigating as well.
