RE: My approach

Even if it seems useless to some people, I think to have done the BBB step is a plus, because of the try to solve the problem by a 3rd-party mediation way.
Then, I have filed a complaint to the ic3.gov which should send it to the right law enforcement agency. For avoiding interferences, I'm waiting news from that procedure before to open another one. But perhaps our roads will meet at a certain point !
