all you need to do is take the money order reciept to your local post office, and have them run a trace on it. If he's cashed the money order and failed to send the product, you have him for mail fraud. They will go after him for ten cents. I once had a guy in CA that had headphones on Ebay. He sent me an email stating that he'd never recieved my payment, and this was followed by notices from Ebay itself. I just went to the post office and had them run a tracer on it. His wife had cashed it! Sent him an email stating this, and of course he denied it. Went right back to the same post office and showed them a copy of his email. They paid him a visit, and he couldn't wait to send me the headphones. Total cost was less than twenty dollars.
