and i thought customer service was dead. wrote to denon u.s.a. about picking up a vintage denon integrated amp and tuner and wanting the owners manual for them. they wrote back asking for my home address and today i got a fedex pkg with both manuals!! and not a cent paid by me :) so i guess a plug for denon!
