Good News!
I have received my phono stage finally, and everything is in good order. It looks like the huge backlog created by an inundation of warranty transfers and product update requests combined with personal duress (family member severe illness) caused the delay.
My Thanks to Paul Marks for delivering so graciously.
BTW, this phono stage is exceptional. As a past owner of over 15 stages, including the IO and Steelhead, this one is in the upper class and worthy of consideration for discriminating listeners. The build quality and aesthetic beauty match its sonics. It seems to match very well with the ZYX Universe!
