Well, ok, you've taken it "a step further". Assuming the Sony player worked when you got it, or you got it in the first place, that seems to be a level of service far and beyond what Welborne is offering to many of his customers. I would argue that a little common sense is in order, but we clearly do not see the issue in the same way.
