Replacing capacitors - need help please

I have a Cary 300SEI for headphones only and I'm thinking of getting the caps replaced with Audio Note caps.

What are the appropriate caps to replace? How do I find out their values (to see if it's financially possible) since Cary isn't emailing me back with the info?

Finally, any thoughts to replacing the caps with AN?

OK, not finally...any recommendations for a tech in NYC area?
