Thanks for making us aware of your experience. You did so very eloquently, letting the facts speak for themselves. I’m not the DIY sort, but several of my friends are, and to a person they’ve reported terrible experiences with Wellborne. They’re certainly not alone, as this thread demonstrates. There are plenty of other viable options out there for people to have to tolerate Wellborne’s shoddy (and that seems to be charitable) customer service. Personally, I’m surprised they’re still in business. If they keep it up at this rate, they won’t be for long.
