I'd be careful about FTPing from an unknown cafe-type location. There's tons of wireless sniffing that goes on at places like that. Given that FTP is by nature clear-text passwords, it's a pretty inhernetly insecure place to be doing that protocol. Better off with SFTP, an SSH tunnel, or something along those lines, if you can do that.-Ed
