but as in all sales; you're only as good as your last performance review..When I worked there a good sales week was rewarded with a even higher sales goal expectation the following week..It never ended. Same with the managers..they're only as good as their crew. High traffic locations (malls) have even higher expectations for sales. I saw my share of managers get promoted (better stores) and demoted (fired).
