Is there any difference between the VCC-1 and the VLR-1? As far as I can tell from Vandersteen's website, they're pretty much identical speakers. It's quite possible that Vandersteen relabeled the VCC-1 to make it easier to sell as a LR speaker for custom designs (in-cabinet, etc.).If they're not 100% identical, they are VERY similar. You would have the distinct advantage of having 3 identical speakers across the front, which is the ideal.
