Just went through the same thing, bought one of these fancy massage chairs, what could be better right? being able to adjust your position so you're super comfy and have a massage when your not listening to music.
Couldn't be further from the truth, the massage chair is high backed so the sound that was going past my head with the old chair, is now being reflected straight back into my ears from the top of the headrest section of the chair, milliseconds later than the original sound, which effectively sounds like distortion, I guess I could get some sound absorbing material to go on the top of the chair but for now I've gone back to the original chair.
