If you offer the buyer the option of insurance then you are responsible for adequete packaging or a refund will be offered if the package is damaged and the carrier claims inadequete packaging.If you describe an item as working but "as is" I expect it to arrive "as you described" or a refund will be offered.
I will ask you if you agree with the above statement before I purchase. If you disagree I will not buy from you.
Either way I don't consider you a crook.
