Thor Audio Status

I am wondering if other people are having difficuly getting support and reasonable turnaround from the Thor Audio factory. I sent a phono stage for MK2 updating and warranty registration at the end of November last (2006). I paid via Paypal also in November. The work has been completed since December but repeated emails have gone unresponded by Paul Marks. I was able to speak to him 3 times on the phone and he apologized for the delay stating serious family issues. He said the box was ready to ship in early February, and again mid-March (which is the last time I was able to connect). Has anyone had similar experiences? I have not listened to phono in 4 months, and am getting anxious.
