It's impossible to say without knowing (a) what format/bitrate you've already used and (b) which format/bitrate you want to switch to. Right click a song in iTunes, Choose "Get Info" and you will see the answer to (a)

But you CAN experiment. Import a CD or a single track several different ways. Each time, give the album/track a different name so you know what format/bitrate you used. You do this by right-clicking, then choosing "Get Info", then typing anything you like. Try AAC at 128 (the iTunes Music Store standard) vs AAC 320 vs Apple Lossless vs WAV. From iTunes, click the song and look at the status bar at the bottom to see how big the file is. Then you can easily work out the ratio of file sizes between formats
