2) They disabled the html ability altogether! So now they aren't charging $6 for html .... they've simply done away with it entirely. Why? Beats the hell out of me.Me too. What were they thinking? I've used the HTML option for some ads because I can tailor the format as I wish.
Nothing they do makes any sense to me. I swear their admins suffer from severe logic deficiency.
It's not their admins, it's management, although we have no idea of how many people are there. They just don't give things enough thought. I spent quite a bit of time on the phone with one of their key people one day telling them about some of the problems and how they could fix them, done so in what I hoped was in the spirit of being helpful. Apparently it didn't sink in, or they didn't see things the same. They definitely have a different set of objectives, or at least a different way of trying to achieve them.
