I realize that these companies have a lot going on, but, hey, if it meant a potential sale, I'd bend over backwards to return calls or emails. With the advent of Web forums like this, good word spreads fast, but bad word spreads even faster. Perhaps some of these firms are big and established enough that a few lost sales don't bother them. They'd sure as hell bother me.
