I found it took the life out of the music. I tried plugging into only the cd player but it still did something I did'nt like. I bought a couple of harmonic technology ac11 power cords instead. I will reserve judgement till I get some serious listening in. P.S. I tried the power conditioner with my plasma setup and it did nothing at all. I ended up buying a $200 Furman pst-6 and it actually improoved the picture quality. I did not even bother trying the furman with my audio rig. Thanks again
