Thanks for the reply Kloss. I could handle it being two or three times as long as he stated, but like Tvad alluded to, the "stalling" and the bs mixed in is actually more than frustrating. I'm sure I don't have to spell it out.

As someone said to me via email. I've taken a calculated risk by bringing this out in the open and I can live with that as the frame is worth a little more than $1K and i'll gladly take a refund or the rack. I just want closure to this neverending saga.

I'm going away now for the night. Tomorrow morning when I return, I will email the seller about this thread, so he can at least defend/explain himself.
