I can build stands or giant horn systems with full powder coated welded frames in less than 3 months this incs shipping time. Iam not a big manufacter so if I can meet this time frame a stand should take 2 months at the most unless hes hand mining- refining the steel aluminum or planting trees to grow wood for shelfs.I hear from quite a few audiophiles who wait sometimes for years for a custom order I think this is crazy how can the guys building this stuff stay in business? The one in link took 10 weeks and is 19ft if placed end to end.I wish you luck and I would for sure demand a full refund and out this guy so others can avoid the stress they put you through.
