Scroll to the bottom of the Chinese webpage and you will see the M&K trademrk is captured by a Shanghai, China-based company. I was told the trademark issue can be resovled through legal proceedings, but it will take time.BTW, the Chinese webpage is a thread I started on the demise of M&K.
