I remember when Tweeter opened in the mid-'70s. They were a step above Tech HiFi. I was a regular customer at their first RI store on Thayer St. on the east side of Providence at Brown Univ. They got a lot of my money.
Well eventually they sold their souls and became a home theatre store. Their stores are big and glitzy. They are full of air mostly and crap too.
Their salespeople are poor. Commision sales brings out the worst in some people.
