You could be absolutely right. I had two orders pending. One was filled a month after entry (and my card was charged) and the other I canceled a few days ago, and they acknowledged that today. However, they did not mention reversing the charge to my credit card.

Understandably there was a delay. An item, Ech silver bullets, are in short supply and they had a low ball price on them. But they should have the staff to mention when they might be expected to ship. It takes more time to address a custoomer complaint filed with the credit card company. But then maybe that's what has them all tied up.
