Between my Panamax era and my APC era in that house, I forced the local cable company to reposition their ground immediately adjacent to and connected to the main house ground. It wasn't easy since their party line is (1) it's not our problem and (2) you can add an in-line filter. Bah. Even the tech admitted that it made a discernible difference in the noise levels.Kal
