based on the info on their website, it sounds a bit like an updated version of Dynagroove. "Dynamically varying" levels of bass and treble boost is conceptually similar, at least on a superficial level, to what Dynagroove did. The phase "correction" based on some hypothetical idea of how phase varies in loudspeakers will certainly royally screw up the phase response of speakers such as Quad electrostatics, Thiels, Vandersteens, etc. which are close to minimum phase, and thus can reproduce a square wave with reasonable fidelity, at least at midrange frequencies. Bottom line, designed in inaccuracy which may or may not appeal to your taste. I prefer unprocessed food to the processed variety myself.
