Well, there are a couple of "outsmarting debates" going on at prop head right now that seem to currently dispell that particular board from your observation. Vinyl, digital, tubes and vintage are usually pretty mellow places with much co-operation/support amongst posters. Cable and Tweeks I agree with your assesment. Outside, of course is... nevermind...let's not go there.As far as the above average IQ of audiophiles, I understand that many participants in Philatelic Socieities across the globe feel the exact same way regarding their endevours. Also, many book clubs. Small world!
