The email's go through AG so the sellers email would have to reject the AG email and even if that - as remote a possibility as it is considering that the seller would've remedied it if AG emails were being bounced or sent to the trash (and considering that someone else's got through) - occurred, it wouldn't effect the buyer from getting his copy of the AG email.Nor does any of that or the possibility that he wouldn't have been first change the fact that there was a problem with the AG system (suddenly not recognizing him) that certainly COULD have been the reason for his not being first.
