I mentioned Kasabian a bit further down the thread... I had ripped it to the PC and was having a listen, sort of critically and I enjoyed it. No beer or drug assistance.... I'm not sure why we 'brits' do rock so well, maybe its something in the water. I think it flows to and fro' between the here and the US, one trend starting a counter. Think Beatles and Beach boys... both great in their own way. Either way, a new tune brings great excitment and gets a fair hearing on both the PC or the main system so I continue listening to anything that is new to me. I found an old local recording of a Vaughan Williams folk piece on an old piece of vinyl... got me nearly as excited as when I was at a party and the Prodigy were playing live....
