what you are suggesting, "a really nice dealer". I never ding, damage, any player or any of their equipment. I always return it as it was delivered to me. A "really nice dealer" hardly exisits in Dallas for a 2- to 3- day demo for equipment. If you know of one, please clue me in. I have never had a dealer complain about an issue with a product that I returned (ding, etc). Geeze, I never thought of a ding because I protect their gear like it is solid gold.DDM
