MusicGiants seems to be the only one doing it. And they aren't that expensive.
Here in the SF Bay Area, we have Amoeba Music with their huge racks full of used CDs. They will buy any CD you purchase back within 7 days for 70% of what you paid.
If I buy a used CD for $5.99 and copy 2 songs to my iTunes (in ALL) and then sell the CD back for $4.20, I paid $0.90 a song.
