A true artist puts her own style on an old song you really don't want to hear again ... and makes it sound new again!

Certain songs such as Yesterday and My Funny Valentine are on my "Do not listen have heard this song way too many times list".

Doolittle made the song different and interesting once again.

I recorded the show and played back only her song three or four times since.

The only other song I've ever recorded and played back more than once was "Over the Rainbow" by Katherine McPhee (her first version) from last year.

Midnight Train to Georgia was okay by our Flint Michigan girl, who was better last week, but my Gladys Knight version on a Rhino CD is better and has well above average sound quality for a popular music CD. But vote for her anyway -- Flint Michigan is so depressed it makes Detroit look like Paris in comparison.
