For several years I have been using the Acoustic Energy Aego2 sat/sub/amp system as my computer speakers. Very, very good for their price.
If the new Acoustic Energy Aego M system is as good as their predecessor, one need not look any further. $199 for the system, and you don't need to throw away the satellites.
