Home trials are what he supports as he knows that is THE only way to really evaluate a prospective component.John Ashman @ Audio Design, also in Albuquerque, has been a long time friend and another who is truly interested Hi Fi and will go out of his way to either shoot the shit or just let U roam the store in a welcome manner.
Lee at Cryo Parts is one helluva gentlemen and is always ready with a kind word and helpful mannerisms.
John Cohen from Locus Design Group is a true gentleman and is always ready and willing to answer questions and treat everyone as though they are THE most important client of the day.
